Stripe Handles All Card Payments
Checkout is powered by Stripe, so you can pay with major credit and debit cards, and the checkout automatically offers any additional Stripe payment methods available for your region. Eligible orders can also be paid with cryptocurrency.

- • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others Stripe supports)
- • Additional Stripe-supported methods — such as Link, Stripe's one-click checkout — appear automatically at checkout when available for your region and device
- • Promotion codes can be entered during checkout
Cryptocurrency
- • Available for orders containing a single workflow, when the option is enabled
- • If your order qualifies, a "Prefer crypto?" link appears in your cart showing the accepted currencies (for example BTC, ETH, USDC)
- • Multi-item carts and non-workflow products are card-only
The exact set of payment methods you see at checkout is determined by Stripe based on your location, currency, and device — so your options may look slightly different from another buyer's.
Currency
All prices on Neura Market are in US dollars (USD), worldwide. If your payment card uses another currency, your bank handles the conversion at its own rate and may charge a foreign transaction fee. Applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout — see Billing & Payments.
Payment Security
- • Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant payment form
- • Neura Market never sees or stores your card number
- • Stripe emails a receipt for every successful payment
- • All checkout traffic is encrypted over HTTPS
Receipts
Whichever method you pay with, a receipt is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Keep it as proof of purchase — you'll need it if you contact support or request a refund under the refund policy.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept PayPal?
PayPal isn't a standard payment option at the moment. Checkout supports cards and the Stripe payment methods enabled for your region, plus crypto on eligible single-workflow orders.
Why don't I see the crypto option?
The crypto option only appears when your cart contains exactly one workflow and crypto payments are currently enabled on the platform. If either condition isn't met, checkout proceeds through Stripe.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Charges are made in USD. Your bank converts the amount to your local currency automatically — the converted amount you see on your statement depends on your bank's exchange rate.
Do I need an account to pay?
No — guest checkout is supported. You just provide an email address at checkout to receive your receipt and download access. See Getting Started.
