Prompt Submission Guidelines
What makes a prompt eligible for the Neura Market prompt marketplace, and how to prepare your submission.
What We Accept
We accept prompts that deliver a clear, repeatable outcome for the buyer:
- Task prompts: Produce a specific deliverable (a sales email, a job description, a SQL query) from well-defined inputs.
- System prompts & personas: Configure an assistant's behavior for a role (support agent, code reviewer, tutor).
- Prompt chains: Multi-step sequences where each step's output feeds the next.
- Rules & instruction sets: Reusable constraints for tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor.
Every prompt must be your own work. Reworded copies of publicly available prompts, or prompts generated verbatim by an AI without meaningful curation, are rejected.
Quality Requirements
Before submitting, make sure your prompt meets all of these:
- Tested: You have run the prompt on at least one current model and verified the output matches what your listing promises.
- Documented inputs: Every placeholder or variable is clearly marked (e.g.
[PRODUCT_NAME]) and explained. - Example included: Provide at least one real input/output example so buyers can judge the result before purchase.
- Usage instructions: State which model(s) the prompt is designed for and any settings that matter (temperature, system vs. user message).
- Accurate title and description: The listing must describe what the prompt actually does — no inflated claims.
What Gets Rejected
Submissions are declined if they:
- Duplicate an existing marketplace listing or freely available prompt with no meaningful improvement.
- Produce harmful, deceptive, or policy-violating output (spam, malware, impersonation, academic fraud).
- Contain personal data, credentials, or proprietary content you don't have the right to sell.
- Are trivial one-liners a buyer could write themselves (e.g. "Write a poem about X").
- Have placeholders, typos, or instructions that don't match the prompt's behavior.
Rejected submissions include a reason, and you can revise and resubmit at any time.
Review Process
After you submit:
- Your prompt enters the moderation queue and is reviewed for quality, originality, and policy compliance.
- Approved prompts go live on the marketplace and appear in search and category pages.
- If changes are needed, you'll receive feedback in your seller dashboard and can resubmit.
Keeping your prompts updated as models evolve improves your seller rating and keeps your listings ranked well.
