The skills should include the following under separate headings; English Skill Development, Maths Skill Development; Digital Agility; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion ; British Values; STEM 7 Development and Independent Skills Empowerment; Independent Learning Skill Development: and should explain how learners will develop these skills in this block of learning and how will you link to curriculum content? You should also include how this block of learning develop the learners' understanding of careers planning and their awareness of the work skills, attributes and behaviours required to achieve their stated destination and how does this block of learning develop the learners’ STEM 7 skills.

For each of the 6 topics you should include the following: A starting point assessment, learning intention using bloom's taxonomy verbs (not using the term understand), 4 key learning activities including retrieval practice ideas, one of which should be a maths activitity and a digital activity. For each topic provide suggestions for scaffolding activities and challenge activities.

The scheme should have a section with each of the 6 topics showing a variation of assessment strategies (teacher, self, peer, digital).
