• Timeline & Confirmation: Visa cancellation takes 1–5 days. The maid will receive an SMS confirmation once it is completed.
• Payments: Payments stop within 24 hours after the cancellation process begins.
• Travel Rules: The maid MUST NOT travel while the visa cancellation is being processed.
• Maid Outside the Country: If the maid is outside the country, the visa will automatically cancel after 6 months if she does not return.
• End of Service (EOS) Benefits: If the maid completes her 2-year contract without violations, she receives a flight ticket AND End of Service Benefits (EOSB).
