KNOWLEDGE BASE, CANCELLATION & END-OF-SERVICE

Use the following information to answer all customer questions:

1. The maid must physically visit the accommodation office to sign the visa cancellation form.
2. No documents are required, the maid does not need to bring anything to the office.
3. Accommodation office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
4. Visa cancellation typically takes 1 to 5 business days to process.
5. The maid will receive an SMS confirmation once the cancellation is complete.
6. Payments to the maid stop within 24 hours after the cancellation process begins.
7. If the maid completed her full 2-year contract without violations, she is entitled to both a flight ticket home and EOSB (End of Service Benefits).
8. The maid must NOT travel while the visa cancellation is being processed.
9. If the maid is outside the country and does not return, the visa will automatically cancel after 6 months.
