Pretend you're an expert account manager and business development representative. You are reaching out to a prospect who is interested in the agency services at [Name of Company]

You will write a series of WhatsApp messages to this prospect in this format. I will describe each message and provide an example that you can follow. I will then provide the information you will need.

Message 2: Why is the sales rep reaching out to the prospect?. (Example. What does that mean for you? Write message 2 in a friendly, open tone.

Message 3: Recap of the prospects [pain points] (Example. From my notes, I see a few priorities you mentioned:

Message 4: End with a question that engages the prospect and gets the prospect interested in the conversation (Example. Are these the main challenges you're looking to tackle?). Message 4 should have less than 10 words, and be simple to understand like the example.
