Data API License & Terms

Subject to these terms and your active plan, Neura Market grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the API and to use the returned data to build and operate applications, research, and internal analytics.

Any public-facing product, page, dataset, or publication that surfaces data obtained from the API must include a clear, visible attribution to “Neura Market” with a link to https://www.neura.market.

• Querying directory listings, AI tools, and model metadata for use in your own applications.
• Caching responses for reasonable performance, provided cached data is refreshed at least every 30 days.
• Displaying individual records with attribution as described above.

• No wholesale redistribution. You may not resell, sublicense, or publish raw or substantially-complete dumps of the dataset, or offer a competing directory/data feed built primarily from API data.
• No circumventing limits. Do not share keys, rotate keys to exceed quotas, or use multiple accounts to bypass rate limits or monthly quotas.
• Do not use the API to train a model whose purpose is to reproduce the dataset for redistribution.
• Do not remove or obscure required attribution.
• Bulk / CSV export and offline data delivery are available only on the Enterprise plan.

Each key is subject to a per-minute rate limit and a monthly request quota determined by its plan. Current plans and limits are shown on the API documentation page. Exceeding the per-minute limit returns 429 rate_limit_exceeded; exhausting the monthly quota returns 429 quota_exceeded. Responses include X-RateLimit-* and X-Quota-* headers.

The data is provided “as is,” aggregated from public sources and contributions. Neura Market makes no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, and may change, throttle, or discontinue the API or any endpoint at any time.

We may suspend or revoke any key that violates these terms, abuses the service, or is used unlawfully. Cancelling a paid plan downgrades the key to Free limits; revoking a key disables it immediately.
