Build Multi-Step Form with Validation and Persistence

Create a multi-step form wizard component with:

**Form Structure:**
- Step indicator showing progress (current step, completed steps, total steps)
- Forward and backward navigation with validation gates
- Step components lazy-loaded for performance
- Review/summary step showing all entered data before submission

**Validation:**
- Per-step Zod schemas that validate on "Next" click
- Real-time field validation on blur
- Cross-step validation (e.g., confirm password matches password from step 1)
- Custom async validators (e.g., check username availability)
- Error summary at top of each step

**Persistence:**
- Auto-save draft to localStorage every 30 seconds
- Restore draft on page reload with user confirmation
- Clear draft on successful submission
- Handle concurrent edits in multiple tabs

**UX:**
- Animated transitions between steps
- Loading state during async validation and submission
- Keyboard shortcut: Enter to advance, Escape to go back
- Mobile-responsive layout

Use React Hook Form with Zod resolver. TypeScript throughout.
