FAQ

I upload the overlay and clicked the toggle box, but nothing appears. Why?
This can happen on websites where the overlay has problems with width and height. When turned on, Pixel Perfect adds a div element with id 'pp_overlay' to the DOM. If it does not appear, inspect the div with Firebug; the most common cause is that height and width properties are set to '0px'. You can manually change them to correct values to display the overlay.
Why is the Pixel Perfect panel duplicated?
Pixel Perfect currently does not support multiple tabs. Using the extension in multiple tabs will cause the panel layout to load again, duplicating it. This issue is being tracked and you can subscribe for updates.
The position controls are not responsive when clicking rapidly.
We are working on improving responsiveness of the position controls. In the meantime, you can use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the overlay one pixel at a time.
