Paragraphica
PaidExperience a new way of 'seeing' with Paragraphica, the context-to-image camera.
About Paragraphica
Paragraphica is a context-to-image camera created by interaction designer Bjørn Karmann. It uses location data (address, weather, time of day, nearby places) and AI to generate a 'photo' of a specific place and moment. The camera exists as both a physical prototype (Raspberry Pi 4, touchscreen, 3D-printed housing) and a virtual camera accessible online. It features three physical dials: one controls the search radius (meters), another sets the noise seed for the AI diffusion process, and the third adjusts the guidance scale for prompt adherence. The resulting image is an AI-generated visualization that reflects the location’s data, often capturing moods and emotions in an uncanny way.
