Galactica
FreeA large language model for science. Can summarize academic literature, solve math problems, generate Wiki articles, write scientific code, annotate molecules and proteins, and more. [Model API](https://github.com/paperswithcode/galai).
About Galactica
Galactica is a large language model specifically trained on a massive corpus of scientific literature, including papers, textbooks, code, and more. It can perform a variety of scientific tasks such as summarizing academic literature, solving mathematical problems, generating wiki-style articles, writing scientific code, and annotating molecules and proteins. The model is available in multiple sizes (125M, 1.3B, 6.7B, 120B parameters) and is open source under a permissive license. It was developed by Meta AI and Papers with Code.
